Manual of Lloyd Pollington (Club Path)

Prepared in terms of section 51 of the Promotion of Access to Information Act, 2000.

1. Introduction

This manual explains how to request access to records held by Lloyd Pollington, operator of the Club Path platform ("the body"), under PAIA. It is available on request at info@clubpath.co.za and published at clubpath.co.za/paia.

4. Guide by the Regulator

The Regulator has published a guide on how to use PAIA, available in all official languages from inforegulator.org.za or the SA Human Rights Commission.

5. Records held by the body

  • Member and account records (identity, contact, membership).
  • Competition records (entries, scores, results, handicaps).
  • Scorecard images.
  • Operational and audit records.
  • Records held under other laws (e.g. company, tax records, where applicable).

6. How to request a record

  • Complete the prescribed PAIA request form (Form 2, available from the Regulator).
  • Send it to Lloyd Pollington at info@clubpath.co.za.
  • Provide enough detail to identify the record and the requester, the right you are exercising, and how you'd like to receive the record.
  • We will respond within 30 days, as PAIA requires, and may extend this in the limited cases the Act allows.

7. Fees

A request fee and access fee may apply as prescribed under PAIA. We'll tell you the amount before processing where a fee is due.

8. Grounds for refusal

Access may be refused on the grounds set out in PAIA, including the mandatory protection of another person's personal information, third-party commercial information, and legal privilege.
